Maxmade Ltd can offer a powder coating service to materials manufactured by us and in some cases to free issue materials. All coating carried out complies with BS 6496 for aluminium and BS 6497 for galvanised steel. A key element of the coating process is the pre-treatment of the metal as detailed in the British Standards. The most effective process as used by our coater is the full immersion chromate pre-treatment which provides a chemical conversion on the surface of the metal. To ensure compliance with all standards a rigorous audit system is employed both in house and externally.

Our Coater is an approved applicator for both the Interpon D and Syntha Pulvin powder coating systems. Twice yearly audits are conducted by both companies to ensure compliance with the required standards. As a result guarantees can be provided for up to 25 years depending on the system used, end use and the location of the coated product.
