Maxmade limited can offer a vast range of suspension methods to deal with the majority of suspension needs.
Using strut, lindaptors and wire as required we can offer supports from angle, portal beams, channel, lattice frames, purlins, and can offer solutions to non-standard beams such as timber beams.
The most common variations are described below:
The
TH51, the standard suspension system from portal frames, designed and tested to hold 810 kilos, used when the ceiling support is suspended parallel to the beams.
The
TH53, a special suspension system, for use with sloped portal frames. Comes ready assembled with the swivel kit in place. Designed and tested to hold 810 kilos.
Most ceiling systems need to be sealed and clamped firmly into place, to enable this, Maxmade manufacture special coverstrips that fit between the suspension drops, holding down washers, and armaflex insulation tubing, along with a wide range of silicones, rivets and screws.
In many cases the ceiling suspension and the void in the panel must be infilled, Maxmade can offer a wide range of insulation materials to infill these voids.
