Wall Protection



To protect walls and doors from trolley or forklift traffic doors and floors can be cladded with protective sheets. Most commonly used is the aluminium 5 bar tread-plate. Other finishes are available ranging from patterned rigidified galvanised sheets to stainless steel sheets.

Maxmade can make to size replacement kick and push plates, and corner protection angles as detailed on the left.

Replacement or additional floor covering can also be supplied using the Corus CES200 antislip material, or rigidised and patterned stainless, galvanised and aluminium depending upon needs.




In car parks or loading areas where potential vehicle contact is more frequent Armco barrier offers effective protection for walls and pedestrian areas against impact.

Wing terminals for the end of runs, and preformed corners are available. This barrier system comes supplied with posts and anchors.

Armco is generally supplied in a galvanised finish, but can also be painted to most standard colours.




These crash rails offer impact protection against walls from trolleys and forklifts.

These are available in variety of finishes such as aluminium, galvanised steel, and stainless steel.

Corners and end caps are available to suit.




Sheet metal flashings made to requirements for the placement of concrete kerbs on site. Available in galvanised and stainless steel. Welded internal and external corners are available along with stop ends.
To protect base channel and the lower section of insulated panels where they meet the floor. Maxamde limited offers a number of ‘add on’ kerbs, these push up against the wall offering additional protection.
Made from galvanised and aluminium section they are often white powder coated, but are also available in stainless steel, and a variety of rigidised metals such as 5 bar treadplate.



Are available made to requirements to cover up damaged or unsightly kerbs. There are a variety of methods to cover kerbs, usually produced in stainless steel. Internal and external corners are available welded as a unit.



To protect kerbs from forklift damage, kerb protection angle can be used. Available in grey prime painted, polyester powder coated, or galvanised finish ranging in size from 70x70x6 upto 200x200x16. Tubular kerb protection rails are also available to order.
