A Working Solution

Maxmade Limited has been supplying the Clean Room and Temperature Controlled Building Industry since 1973. Initially only supplying specialist ceiling support systems and sheet metal fabrications.

Since this time, the company has gained a wealth of experience, has developed its range of products to meet the new demands of this industry and that of the Food Preparation Industry. These products including Wall and Door Protection systems, Wall and Ceiling Cladding Systems and also supplying quality fixings and sealants to help complete the job.

SCREWS
Various types of screws are held in stock for fixings of cappings, ceiling suspension and various ancillaries. In stock we have various white headed hex head and self drilling screws.

RIVETS
A large range of rivets are available, including 3.2mm, 4mm and 4.8mm diameter, in plain aluminium, white coated and stainless steel finishes. Also available are coloured rivets to match the plastisol range of colours.

NUTS, BOLTS & WASHERS
A large range of nuts, bolts an washers are available to compliment our ceiling suspension assembly and other suspension and support requirements.

ANCHORS
Various range of anchors for our protection systems are available , along with hammer fixings for base channels.

NYLON BOLTS, WASHERS, PVC NUTS, WASHERS AND COVERS
Used for fitting through cold room panels, we stock a variety of Nylon and PVC bolts, nuts and wahsers. We also stock Insudiscs and large threaded, domed washers for additional suspension needs.

RIVETS

We sell a range of different sizes and material for our rivets:

• Plain Aluminium - 3.2mm, 4mm, 4.8mm

• White Aluminium - 3.2mm, 4mm, 4.8mm

• Stainless Steel - 3.2mm, 4mm, 4.8mm

Standard white is RAL9016, other whites are available on request. If you don’t see your desired type, material or colour in the above selection, other rivet types and colours can be sourced on application.

We hold in stock the most commonly used fixing, that can be used with our standard products. Other screws are available on request.

ANCHORS

Maxmade Limited stock a various amount of general fixings and ancillary items that can be used in conjunction with its products, including anchors and hammer fixings. These are used with the bollards, kerb angles, Armco and goalposts for the wall and door protection systems.
