Maxmade Limited stocks a range of ceiling suspension systems, which range from the Heavy Duty section for heavy fire rated rockwool ceiling, to our Inverted top hat section for the PIR ceiling panels. There is also the A2 section for repairs and freezer specifications.

Various suspension kits can be supplied, using unistrut brackets, or made to suit steelwork with lindaptors.

The Maxmade Limited standard lines have all been weight tested by independent authorities, as have the various standard suspension kits used in conjunction and these are available upon request.

Maxmade Limited can also now provide a Steel Fire rated T-Section ceiling suspension, which can be powder coated to suit the panel type finish in use.

a2 ceiling support section

  • The A2 ceiling suspension is manufactured from Z28 galvanised 2mm steel. It is polyester powder coated in RAL9003 as standard.

  • Suspension is at 3 points @ 1500mm centres. With a thermal break bottom assembly detail, the A2 is ideal for freezer applications.

  • Also available for the A2 is a 100mm long slowpped end: 2mm thick galv polyester powder coated in RAL9003.

 

 

I1 Ceiling Support Section

  • The I1 ceiling suspension is manufactured from Z28 galvanised 2mm steel. Comes supplied with a bottom cover to suit panel colour. This section is generally used in chiller, and clean rooms.

  • Suspension is at 3 points at 1650 mm centres for heavier support applications.

  • The I1 is supplied with strengthening connector pieces, and bottom assembly fixings to bolt the connectors in place and attach to studding.


C2 Ceiling Support Section

  • The C2 ceiling suspension is manufactured from 6063T6 Aluminium. It is polyester powder coated in RAL9003 White Gloss. This section is a aesthetically pleasing finish, ideal for chillers, clean rooms.

  • Suspension is made at four points, the first and last drops are in line with the splice channel, the middle two are at 1650mm centres.

 

 

HD1 Ceiling Support Section

  • The HD1 ceiling suspension is manufactured from 3mm Z28 Galvanised Steel. It is polyester powder coated in RAL9003 White Gloss. This section is designed for large ceiling spans, where the weight exceeds other systems, such as 200mm rockwool.

  • Suspension is made at three points, 300mm from each centre, and 1 central. Each section is kept in line with the next section with a ‘fish’ plate.

CST Ceiling Support Section

  • The CST ceiling suspension is manufactured from 2mm Z28 Galvanised Steel. The section is polyester powder coated in RAL9002. The section is a rolled section, and has been designed for specific fire rated applications.

  • Suspension is made at three or four points, depending on application. Each section is kept in line and joined to the next by use of a connector piece.

 

 

Ceiling Suspension Assemblies

  • The TH51 suspension hanger is designed for use with Maxmade ceiling support sections for straight drops.

  • The TH53 swivel suspension hanger is designed for use with the Maxmade ceiling support sections for angled portal beams. The TH53 kits come pre-assembled.

  • Average test load results of 17.5Kn of force.

WIRE SUSPENSION SYSTEMS

A WORKING SOLUTION

Wire Suspension for Coldroom Ceiling Panels are used to suspend a verity of mechanical and electrical services from different suybstrates. These systems are up to 6 times faster to install than traditional hanging systems and are ideal for looping around purlins, beams, roof trussels and other accessible building features.

  • Hanger using a non-invasive, simple choke knot techinque

  • Available up to 325kg SWL, with a 5:1 safety factor

  • Comes with a ready-to-use kit with wire and Gripple fastner

For anchoring into concrete ceilings, metal decking and pressed metal brackets, these are supplied with Drop-in Anchors (as standard) or nuts as required. Available in M6,M8 and M10, up to 225kg SWL, with a 5:1 safety factor.
